Meditate NYC’s afternoon of meditation will be followed free Open Houses at meditation groups and dharma centers throughout the five boroughs of New York City. With instruction by speakers from a range of schools, MeditateNYC is an accessible way to find out what various approaches to meditation involve and what the benefits are. For any of these open houses, please call or email ahead to confirm time and location, and to let the meditation center know you’re coming! |
