Meditate NYC’s afternoon of meditation will be followed by a week of free Open Houses, November 10 – 16, at dozens of meditation groups and dharma centers throughout the five boroughs of New York City. With instruction by speakers from a range of schools, MeditateNYC is an accessible way to find out what various approaches to meditation involve and what the benefits are.
